Not the plan — that map lives on Race Day. This is the event's own information on the measured line: ▮▮ start/finish — GBK's east side · drop = 1–19, the crew's planning positions off the organiser's app map, ±0.4 km each · 🕌 the km-2 mushola (the Subuh stop) · yellow dots = km markers · red rings = the cut-off points: km 18 · 06:10 | km 28 · 07:20 | km 31.8 · 07:45 | km 36.8 · 08:20. The line is the GPX the 2026 page embeds. Read it race week — where the cut-offs sit, not what to run. The elevation chart under the map is linked to the line — drag either one and the two dots mark the same course kilometre.

Water is on the course — drinking water and the isotonic drink at the hydration stations (the organiser's safety advisory, 16 Oct). The organiser's app course map (9 Oct) lists 19 water stations — about every 2.5 km early, then every 2 km from km 20, the advisory says — plus 4 Strive stations — Strive is the race's official gel, so these are the gel points (the Fuel tab puts them on your clock), 2 fruit, 3 OnPoint, 6 toilet and 2 mushola points. To cool down: 4 cold-sponge and 3 cold-towel stations — the towels are new this year — and 8 water-mist points along the festival's courses, most of them late in the race; medical teams cover the course and the finish. Neither source prints kilometres, and the towel and mist points are not on the map yet; the organiser has not said what OnPoint serves, nor which Strive gel is handed out. The kilometres on this board are the crew's planning positions — set on the half-kilometre near where that map draws each station, matched to the route GPX — so treat each as ±0.4 km. The one named prayer point is the 🟧 km-2 mushola, roadside outside GBK (2025 map, crew first-hand on the spot) — the same place the Subuh stop plans to.

The 2026 cut-offs, published 3 Oct — all of them count from the ✅ 04:00 gun. They read as near-even gates — 7:13, 7:09, 7:05, 7:04 /km from the gun, against the finish's 7:07 — so the barrier is the back half, not the first hour: COP3 at km 31.8 and COP4 at km 36.8 are tighter than the finish itself, and COP4 is the one with nothing to spare. A 5:00 goal at even (7:07 /km) passes COP1 and COP2 with minutes in hand, then reaches COP3 ≈1 min past its clock and COP4 ≈1:40 past — the board's planning ceiling sits at ≈4:58, where COP4 is met with nothing in hand and the finish still clears by 1:54. The gate table below restates the clocks leg by leg — every is that leg's minimum, arriving exactly on the gate's clock, zero margin at every gate; the finish's 7:25/km closer is what the gates leave you, and your own margins are the rows above, against your own plan. The organiser's own wording: COPs are based on time of day, not running duration — and a runner who misses one may not continue the course: shuttle back to the race village, recorded (). Your delay and any stop minutes subtract from every cut-off here equally.

How to read the table: from the start to COP2 the minimum sits in the 7:00–7:13/km band — don't burn the first 10 km; what you bank there is what saves you at COP4. The crucial sector: COP2 to COP3 is only 3.8 km long, but its minimum climbs to 6:35/km — the sharpest leg in the race. After COP3 the tempo returns to the 7:00/km band — remember, exactly 7:00 arrives at COP4 with nothing to spare — and the closing COP4-to-finish leg is the loosest of all at a 7:25/km minimum. The key to finishing is steady energy management.

Slowest that still makes the from your gun: 7:02/km.
